Projects, by Rotary's seven Areas of Focus
Every Rotary project in the world is categorised into one of seven Areas of Focus. This is where the Rotary Club of Lilongwe's work sits within them, with the numbers attached wherever we have them.

Local delivery, multiplied
Several of the projects above are funded through The Rotary Foundation's Global Grant programme, in partnership with clubs in other districts — the Nduwa water system was delivered with the Rotary Club of Inverness Culloden in Scotland. A contribution made here can be matched and multiplied through that machinery, which is often the single most useful thing the club brings to a partnership.
Fund a project, or join one
Every project on this page needs either money or hands, and usually both. If your organisation is looking for a delivery partner in Malawi, or you would like to work on one of these yourself, get in touch.
